Our TeamMates Assessment is based on research conducted on successful NASA project teams and team leaders.

Built on in-depth interviews, forums, and large-scale surveys, the assessment reflects insights from a broad cross-section of high-performing project leaders. Early research included interviews with 90 top candidates and survey data from more than 700 professionals within a globally recognized organization. Additional contributions from leading companies and government agencies further validated the findings.
